ABOUT US 

BAP Glass was established in 2014. We have a great team with over 20 years experienced. We have grown to cover the expanding areas of London and Essex. 

 We currently do work for local councils, housing associations, commercial and residential properties.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  • Terms and conditions apply to all transactions between BAP Glass of 187 Broad St. Dagenham RM10 9JD & You (Our Customer).

  • Once the product has been processed for ordering, you are unable to change the specifications. Please always email us at bapglass@gmail.com to confirm if we have processed your order for manufacturing. 

  • Any changes after site visit, please email us to confirm within 48 hours if your order has been accepted. 

  • Any claim you make in regards to poor or faulty workmanship must be sent in writing to bapglass@gmail.com.

  • In events out of our control, we are not liable for any delay or failure

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations must be emailed to us, within 24 hours of accepting the quote.

  • Cancellations emailed to us after 24 hours of accepting the quote will lose their deposit unless we are in breach of our agreement in writing. 

PAYMENTS​

  • We require a 50% deposit and 50% payment on completion agreement.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or over the phone. 

  • All prices are in (£) pounds sterling and all prices are exclusive of VAT. 

  • Late subject payment fee's can be charged extra. 

  • Payments not completed within 3 months of completion date will be made aware to a debt collection service. 

  • All our products remain our property until balance is paid in full. 

LEAD TIME

  • Our standard lead time on all doors are 3-4 weeks. 

  • Our standard lead time on all windows is 2-3 weeks. 

DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates. 

  • If delivery date is brought forward or backwards, we will always keep you informed. 

  • An authorised person must be onsite while we are there for measurements or installation. 

  •  While installation is occurring, if there are any problems they should be made aware to one of our fitters or our office straight away.

  • 10 years on frames

  • 5 years on mechanisms
